Accommodation Expectations |

Egyptian Society is very different from the West. The people who are most likely to cause offense are those who have just arrived. Because of this we have a few expectations for our guests.
- No Male visitors at all
- Please pay in advance
- Minimum payment is a week - but you can go earlier if you like!
- Smoking is not allowed
- There may be others in the flat with you - please respect each others privacy, but don't be too unfriendly!
- The flat is in a nice part of Maadi - but please be aware that however hot it is, ladies need to respect the local culture. Shorts and vests aren't allowed (outside).
- Please answer emails! If you've asked for something we'll do our best to help you. But please tell us if you're no longer interested - it saves us a lot of time.
You can book the whole flat if it is available. If for example a married couple or family want to use it that is fine as long as we have availability.
