The ETC began in 2001 - with a desire to provide quality Arabic lessons, at affordable prices. The ETC moved to it's current location in 2002, at the same time English courses were introduced. They were immediately popular and became an integral part of the ETC's work.
In 2005 computer technology was added. The ETC coninues to aim to be a place where people from all nations can come to to learn a variety of skills.
